In this 1 hour session I offer kind and loving support combined with skills, tools, and insights that will create space for empowerment, growth, and transformation in your life.

I use a combination of eastern spiritual traditions and techniques along with western counselling practices, to offer you a unique approach to life & relationship coaching.

Cuddle Exploration Session

Cuddle Session (60 mins)

1 hr··$120

In this 60 minute session I will provide you with focused and personalized one-on-one therapeutic touch, along with nurturing affection, loving care, connection.

These sessions are wonderfully supportive for going into deep emotional processing, and releasing hurt or upset, while being safely held. These are also great for those who simply want to experience the relaxing and healing benefits that come from the comfort of being in someone’s arms, or in holding another person.

These sessions can be a great first step if you are intrigued by the Cuddle Party, but aren’t quite ready to be part of that group experience.

During our session(s), I can offer you personalized in-depth support around some of the concepts and practices that are explored during the Cuddle Party Workshop:

* Dealing with fear of rejection, exclusion, and abandonment.
* Setting & Honouring Boundaries.
* Asking for what you want.
* Finding your voice and saying 'No'.
* Developing trust in your self and towards others.
* Taking care of your own needs, and breaking co-dependency patterns.
* Holding space for others to take care of themselves.

I have an insecure attachment style. My body and mind have been percolating with anxiety since I was a little girl. Never knowing what a peaceful sense of being feels like has left me feeling empty; disconnected; and out of step with everybody else.
After some consistent sessions with Angela, I have experienced exactly what I have deserved to feel my entire life. Angela’s focus is on whatever I need to feel fully connected. The feelings of reassurance and stillness that result from touching and hugging each other have been overwhelming at times. I take this feeling home with me and enjoy its prolonged calming effect. I will continue with Angela for some time to come.
